Student Workshops
Helping pupils develop the skills and strategies they need to feel more confident, resilient and emotionally healthy
Many pupils can struggle with managing their emotions, building resilience, or developing a positive sense of self, which can in turn affect their confidence, relationships and of course their learning.
Our practical, interactive Student Workshops provide structured, hands-on support to help pupils develop the skills and strategies they need to feel more confident, resilient and emotionally healthy.
Each package is comprised of six 50-minute engaging, interactive and practical sessions, delivered by qualified and experienced teachers.
These workshops are ideal to be delivered to whole classes (up to 30 students) or groups of targeted children. Our workshops are suitable for both primary and secondary pupils.

Student Workshops FAQs
What workshop themes do you offer?
We currently deliver three themed series of workshops, each focusing on a different aspect of emotional health: anxiety, resilience, and self-esteem. We’re also developing additional themes and would love your input! If there’s a specific topic you’d like to see offered at your school, please get in touch with us.
Who are your workshops suitable for?
We’ve designed tailored workshops for both primary and secondary pupils, ensuring content and delivery are age-appropriate and engaging.
What is the maximum number of students per workshop?
Each workshop works best with up to 30 students. However, we’re happy to adapt and run smaller sessions for targeted groups if that suits your needs better.
How long do the workshops last?
Every workshop lasts approximately 45–50 minutes, fitting smoothly into most school timetables. Each workshop series includes six individual sessions that build upon one another.
Do the workshops need to run on consecutive weeks?
It’s entirely up to your school’s schedule! We recommend running sessions weekly or fortnightly so that students can retain and build on their learning between sessions.
Who delivers the workshops?
All sessions are led by a member of our Emotionally Healthy Minds team—a qualified teacher with classroom experience and expertise in delivering engaging, supportive lessons on emotional wellbeing.
Will I need to do anything during the workshops?
No! We just ask that a teacher is present during each session. You’re welcome to sit back, observe, and even join in the learning if you wish.
How can we book workshops for our school?
Simply click here to submit an enquiry and schedule a free video call with James, our Schools Lead. He’ll be happy to answer your questions and help arrange your school’s workshops.
