Corporate Training

Emotionally healthy people build emotionally healthy businesses.

In 2022/23, there were an estimated 875,000 workers suffering from work-related stress, depression or anxiety, resulting in 17.1 million working days lost 1.

At Emotionally Healthy Minds, we want to help you to reduce these figures by helping you create a culture of positive emotional health within your workplace.

So, in 2026, we will be launching our Corporate Training programme.

Poor mental wellbeing costs employers in the UK an estimated £42 billion to £45 billion annually through presenteeism, sickness absence and staff turnover 2.

Why are we doing this?

We believe emotional wellbeing isn’t just a personal issue—it’s also a professional priority.

We’ve seen how powerful it is when schools are given the right tools to support the emotional needs of staff and students alike. Now, we’re bringing this same heart-led, research-backed approach to the workplace.

Whether you’re leading a small team or a large organisation, emotionally healthy workplaces don’t just feel better—they perform better. Our upcoming training packages will support corporate teams to build resilience, reduce stress and foster cultures where people feel safe, seen and supported.

What will our corporate training offer?

Our tailored training sessions will draw on our experience delivering powerful, practical CPD in schools, with a focus on:
